What we do with the information you send us.

This covers the website and the quote form. How documents are handled once a job is instructed is set out on the Confidentiality and process page.

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect the name, firm or company, work email, phone number and the details of the job you give us, together with any files you upload.

What we use it for

To reply with a quote and a delivery time, and to carry out the work if you instruct us. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing lists.

Documents

Files sent through the quote form or by email are used only to prepare the quote and to do the work. Files are deleted after delivery. Access is limited to the people working on the job.

Our AI layer

We use AI built for legal language to prepare a first draft, and that layer uses outside language models. We do not claim that documents never leave our systems. A legal translator reviews every line and is responsible for the final text.

The website itself

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google's servers. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
