Common questions
About coverage
Do you cover all 22 scheduled Indian languages?
The languages of the Eighth Schedule are listed above, alongside others we are regularly asked for. If you need a pair that is not listed, tell us and we will say plainly whether we can staff it.
Do you work in both directions?
Yes. Regional-language records into English for filing, and English documents into the regional language for service and for clients.
Which pairs come up most in legal work?
Hindi to English, Marathi to English and Tamil to English for litigation records, and Japanese to English for cross-border contracts and arbitration exhibits.
What if a language is not on the list?
Ask. The list covers what we are asked for most, not the limit of what we can arrange. We will tell you plainly if a pair cannot be staffed to the standard legal work needs.
Tell us the pair and the deadline.
If the pair is not on the list, ask. We will say plainly whether we can staff it to the standard legal work needs.
