Court document translation
Regional-language records, translated for filing.
First Information Reports (FIRs), witness statements, revenue records and lower-court orders translated into English for High Court and Supreme Court filings, with sworn affidavits and overnight turnaround.
When you need it
The record is in the regional language. The appeal is in English.
The Supreme Court and the High Courts work largely in English, while trial courts, police and revenue authorities often work in the regional language. Appeals and petitions need those records in English, usually on a deadline that was set before the translation was commissioned.
The same applies in reverse. Orders and pleadings drafted in English frequently have to go back into the regional language for service, for a client, or for a lower-court proceeding.

How it works
From the record as it exists to a translation you can put on file
-
Send the document
With the languages, the deadline, and whether it is going on record. Tell us if a certification is needed.
-
AI built for legal language prepares the draft
Trained on legal language, so defined terms, citations and structure survive the first pass intact.
-
A legal translator reviews every line
Against the source, for meaning, terminology and omissions. Never skipped, whatever the deadline.
-
Delivery, then deletion
You receive the translation in the format you need, with an affidavit or certification if required. Files are deleted after delivery.
Proof
What makes a translation court-ready
Sworn affidavit
A translator's sworn affidavit of accuracy accompanies translations filed in Indian courts, prepared alongside the translation rather than after it.
Formatting that matches
Paragraph numbering, annexure references, seals and endorsements are carried across so the translation reads against the original page for page.
Names and citations
Party names, place names, section references and dates are checked separately from the body text, because that is where filings come apart.
Overnight and weekends
Court deadlines do not move. We keep overnight and weekend capacity, and we say plainly when a deadline cannot be met.
Common questions
Before you send the first file
Do you provide an affidavit with the translation?
Yes. For documents filed in Indian courts we provide a sworn affidavit of accuracy from the translator. Tell us at the quote stage that the document is going on record, so the affidavit is prepared alongside the translation.
Can you work overnight or on weekends?
Yes. We keep overnight and weekend capacity for filings. Call rather than email when the deadline is the next day, and we will tell you before you commit whether it is achievable.
Do you match the court's formatting?
We carry across paragraph numbering, annexure references, seals and endorsements so the translation reads against the original. If the registry you are filing in expects a particular layout, tell us and we will follow it.
Can you handle handwritten or poorly scanned records?
In most cases, yes. Handwritten orders, carbon copies and poor scans are common in trial-court and revenue records. Send a sample page before you commit, and we will tell you plainly what is legible and what is not.
Which direction do you work in?
Both. Regional-language records into English for High Court and Supreme Court filings, and English pleadings and orders into the regional language for service and for lower-court proceedings.
